RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospects regarding insurance policies requested online.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in Personal Lines & Life, Accident and Health OR willing to become licensed.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
