ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an entry-level, full-time position that is 100% onsite. The role is generalist, responsible for tasks across different departments, requiring excellent teamwork, communication, organizational, and time management skills. Responsibilities include customer service calls, processing returns, shipping orders, data entry, and supporting the sales team from 7-10 PM. This position offers a great opportunity to learn about TVON operations and the jewelry industry, with potential for advancement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist customers over the phone with orders, ensuring accuracy in product details and answering questions about merchandise and policies.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and text regarding merchandise, orders, returns, and shipments.
Process outbound orders, generate shipping labels, and pack shipments.
Maintain records of order statuses and tracking information in the company database.
Process inbound returns, including unboxing and paperwork.
Update product specifications and images in the database.
