Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Front Desk / Production Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented, out of the box thinker, multi-tasker and customer-focused Production Assistant to support our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service. This role will involve assisting with daily production activities, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating production schedules and workflows.
• Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and address inquiries.
• Support the production team by preparing material orders and organizing resources.
• Help maintain accurate records of production activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or production roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
