Job Summary:

As the Call Center Representative, you will make the first impression on ProMedica patients.

You will create and facilitate coordination of services and referrals from physicians, hospitals and other health care professionals to provide quality care to patients.

In this role, you will serve as a liaison in coordinating communication of patient status and treatment to referrals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office programs

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

  • Epic training and knowledge of medical terminology

  • 1 year of clerical experience in a physician's office or related healthcare setting

  • 1 year of telephone sales or telephone-based customer service
