Job Summary:

\n\n

Sysco has immediate job openings for dependable CDL A Delivery Truck Drivers to safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and manually unload/deliver various products (meats, produce, frozen foods, groceries, dry goods, supplies, etc.) to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

\n\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• 21+ years of age
\n\t
• Must submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
\n\t
• License to drive - Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
\n\t
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
\n\t
• Touch freight experience preferred – May need to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 lbs. and as much as 100 lbs. repeatedly
\n\t
• Flexibility – Overtime as required, occasional weekends, and holidays as business needs require
\n

Preferred Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• 1 year of customer delivery experience
\n\t
• 6 months of hand cart/hand truck experience
\n\t
• 6 months of food and beverage experience
\n\t
• 2 years of consistent work history
\n
