What You'll Do: 

• Plan and lead engaging activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical well-being for memory care residents
• Support residents in participating in meaningful programs that enhance their quality of life
• Foster a sense of purpose and belonging through creativity, compassion, and presence
• Assist with documenting participation and feedback to support ongoing program improvements
• Collaborate with team members to create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment

What You'll Need: 

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have an active CNA certification
• Memory care experience preferred
• Compassion, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with seniors
