Blades Direct is Hiring: Creative Marketing & Social Media Manager

Blades Direct is a fast-growing leader in the diamond blade and construction equipment industry — home of the famous Free Saw Deal . We’re looking for a Creative Marketing & Social Media Manager who can take our brand to the next level by creating engaging content, driving online sales, and building a powerful community around Blades Direct.

This role is hands-on, high-energy, and all about creativity, branding, and engagement . You’ll work closely with our E-Commerce department and our SEO/Analytics partner to make sure all marketing efforts connect directly to sales and brand growth.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Content: Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and print materials (social posts, email campaigns, posters, flyers) that keep Blades Direct on-brand.

• Social Media Management: Build and manage shops on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin ETC. Create content that drives sales and sparks engagement.

• Community Engagement: Reply to DMs, comments, and messages, schedule appointments, and manage brand outreach to contractors and partners.

• Trends & Growth: Stay on top of social media and marketing trends to keep us fresh, relevant, and one step ahead of the competition.

• Video Marketing: Produce short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) showcasing installs, products, Free Saw Friday hype, and customer testimonials.

• Ambassador & Influencer Programs: Build partnerships with contractors and industry influencers, launch referral and ambassador programs, and grow our brand visibility.

• User-Generated Content: Run contests, create branded hashtags, and feature customer installs across our platforms.

• Email & SMS Marketing: Develop automated campaigns (cart recovery, promos, loyalty rewards, newsletters) to keep customers engaged.

• Collaboration: Partner with our SEO/Analytics lead to align content with performance data and campaign insights — creativity + strategy working together.

• Events & Partnerships: Support trade shows, local contractor events, and co-branded promotions with manufacturers we carry

⚡ What We’re Looking For

• Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)

• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for branding and visual storytelling

• Up-to-date on social trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices

• Strong communicator and collaborator — especially with our E-Com and SEO/Analytics teams

• Organized self-starter with a growth-focused mindset

• Video creation and editing skills a big plus
