About the job Customer Service Specialist


We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Admin to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Update and maintain customer records and databases.
• Support various administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and office organization.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and track shipments as needed.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
