Digital Marketing Specialist at RUMOR Advertising

This role is perfect for individuals who have experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms and are looking to push their skill set even further. From organic social media to paid digital media, broadcast, outdoor, and website launches, your paid digital campaigns will serve as a cornerstone of our integrated approach.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with Account Executives, Web Developers, and Creative Designers.
• Design, launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum conversion performance.
• Work closely with our Director of Digital Marketing to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Assist in client presentations, breaking down complex analytics into clear, understandable reports.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of experience in Meta and Google Ads
• Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a drive to understand the bigger picture.
• Comfortable with data analysis, statistics, and delivering performance summaries.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
