The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead its retail operations at the United Football League. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong background in e-commerce, digital merchandising, and fulfillment operations, who thrives in a fast-paced, sports and entertainment environment

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 - $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy for the retail platform, including seasonal campaigns, product drops, and special event promotions 
  • Manage daily online store operations including product listings, pricing, visual merchandising, promotions, and inventory accuracy 
  • Collaborate with merchandise buying, marketing, creative, digital, and retail teams to align online offerings with in-arena assortments and drive integrated campaigns 
  • Oversee order fulfillment and customer service, ensuring timely shipping, accurate product information, and responsive issue resolution 
  • Monitor e-commerce KPIs, support in-venue operations, and stay current on industry trends to enhance the digital fan experience and optimize performance 

More about you
  • Bachelor's degree in business, digital marketing, or a related field preferred 
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail ecommerce management experience
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Big Commerce or similar  
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with POS systems is a plus 
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required, and the ability to travel extensively to assist with operations across multiple cities
