The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Job Description: The Springs at The Waterfront is seeking a Fitness and Wellness Coach for our upscale senior living community. Do you have a passion for supporting older adults in living healthy, active, and fulfilling lives? If so, we’d love to connect with you! Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging fitness programs for residents, utilizing our fully equipped gym and pool to promote health, activity, and overall wellness.
• Lead exercise, meditation and stress management classes following evidence-based, best practice programs, as well as, providing one-on-one personal training to residents with a variety of fitness levels and needs
• Assist residents as they actively work toward better health by providing support, encouragement and education for their individual wellness and fitness goals

Qualifications:

• Current Personal Training certification required
• Innovative fitness programming experience and passion for older adults preferred
• Candidates must successfully complete a drug screen and criminal background check at the time of offer
• Ability to stand or walk throughout the vast majority of the workday and to frequently push, pull, bend, twist, reach, and lift items or equipment.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: The Springs Living provides a competitive compensation package for the Fitness and Wellness Coach position, with an hourly wage range of $18.00-$21.00 depending on experience. Benefits:
