ROCKSTAR Front Desk Patient Care Advocate needed for Winchester #1 Dental Office 5 years running

One of our current patient care advocate has accepted a management position so we are looking for a new team player. We have been voted best dental office in Winchester 5 years running by the readers of the Winchester Star.

We have a brand new 8000sqf building with large breakroom, coffee bar, and all private spacious treatment rooms with doors. We also have a in house lab with lab technician and all the tools and gadgets you could ever dream off.

What sets us apart in our front desk patient care advocate department: We do all procedures in house so you get to interact with a wide variety of patients. We are out of network with dental insurances so we can allow the very best care and schedule extra time for procedures so we never run behind. We are fully digital and outsource all insurance verifications.

Your main focus is checking patient out after treatment, going over treatment plans and answering patients questions and collecting payments and doing reactivation of patients so being on the phone is a must as well as having an upbeat attitude. And knowledge of dental procedures is highly preferred.

All our operatories are private rooms with doors that close for ultimate privacywe have a dedicated "snack daddy" that shops each week so the breakroom is always fully stocked with protein shakes, candy, fruit, sodas, bars etc.

We have refreshment bar in our breakroom with a commercial coffee machine and steamer/foamer and sirups galore making you espresso, cold brew, macchiatos etc.

We have monthly team meeting with catered lunch and get Starbucks delivered several times a month. You will be part of our amazing front desk team team consisting of 7 other full time front desk team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
