Licensed Health Insurance Agents - Medicare & ACA Sales (Fully Remote) Inbound Sales - No Cold Calling | Work From Home Nationwide Slate Professional Resources, a national staffing firm specializing in healthcare and insurance recruiting, is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents for our client - a growing, technology-driven insurance organization.
We're seeking experienced remote agents for two separate inbound sales roles - one focused on Medicare and one on ACA (Affordable Care Act) health plans. Both roles are fully remote, provide steady inbound leads, and offer uncapped commission potential with no cold calling required.
Position Overview - Work Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based, Eastern Time hours)
- Schedule Options:
- 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
- Employment Type: Contract or Permanent through Slate Professional Resources
- Licensing Requirement: Active health insurance license in at least 5 states
- Preferred State Licenses: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MO, OH, TX, VA
What You'll Do - Handle inbound calls only - no outbound or cold calls
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate health coverage
- Guide customers through plan comparisons and enrollments
- Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting performance goals
Compensation & Role-Specific Details Medicare Sales Agents - Competitive base pay + $100 per policy sold (uncapped commissions)
- Prior Medicare sales experience required
- Assist clients with Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans
- Help seniors find coverage that fits their needs and budget
ACA Sales Agents - Competitive base pay + $20 per policy sold (uncapped commissions)
- Prior ACA (Marketplace) sales experience required
- Assist clients through health plan enrollments and subsidy eligibility
- Connect individuals and families with affordable coverage options
