What You'll Do: Machine Operator

- Operate and monitor embroidery, sublimation, and engraving machines
- Load and program machines for production runs
- Change bobbins, pins, and other production items as needed
- Ensure quality and consistency throughout the production process
- Follow safety and dress code guidelines

Skills and Experience:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple machines at once
- Experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with embroidery, sublimation, and engraving operations
