Overview

A busy family in Bel Air, CA is seeking a ROTA nanny to care for their four year old child and 18-month-old. The schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off and a live in position during shifts. This job will need a 24/7 mentality. The work day usually starts around 6:30am and ends about 7pm. The family is looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role- somone who truly understands the dynamics of a 24/7 position. The family’s household is busy with many moving parts and they expect the highest quality of work from their staff. The ideal person is hardworking, has a strong sense of discretion, and strikes a balance in being both self-sufficient and a team-player. The nanny should be comfortable with sleeping with the monitor at nights. 

Responsibilities

Some of the duties are;

• Changing diapers
• Feeding and making healthy foods
• Making sure the children hit their milestones
• Cleaning up after the baby
• Laundry for the child, this means, hand washing and pressing all the clothing
• Being able to take feedback from the Mother
