• $65k Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive Salary:  $150k - $250k based on guaranteed base salary combined with Monthly production - potential to further maximize compensation dependent upon production

Role Overview:

As the Managing Veterinarian, you will:

• Provide medical leadership and ensure top-notch patient care
• Manage and mentor associate veterinarians
• Oversee regulatory compliance and hospital performance
• Collaborate with the Hospital Manager on financial responsibilities, including budgeting and performance management
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Network with peers in similar roles in veterinary clinics across AZ.
• The Medical Director reports directly to the NVA Arizona Division Leaders

Qualifications:

• AVMA-accredited veterinary degree or ECFVG/PAVE certification
• Valid state licensure
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of veterinary medicine
• Proven leadership ability and experience in staff management
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
