Salary: $43-$65 per hour

We're growing our team!! Mindsight Behavioral Group is hiring for a Clinical Counselor in the following areas:

Louisville, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week

Somerset, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week

Richmond, KY (in-person/telehealth mix) - In-person 2 - 4 days per week

We are looking for a Counselor who is searching for a place that supports them as human beings, encourages them in their career, and expects them to act with integrity.

Mindsight Behavioral Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout the state of Kentucky and we are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs it, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford counseling. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.

Despite the primary population that we serve, we are NOT an agency. In fact, we function on systems that make a workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. Were in this for the long haul and we want clinicians who are, too.

Compensation and Support

While we may not be the highest-paying practice, we offer fair rates and a tremendous amount of support. We have a dedicated administrative team whose only purpose is to make sure you have everything you need to thrive. With a 90-day onboarding program and ongoing training, youll have the support you need to build a full caseload and excel in your role.
