We’re seeking a full-time ND to take a leading role in our vibrant and growing IV Therapy Suite, with the added potential to serve a broad population seeking integrative hormone support. Our clinic is home to a high-performing team of naturopathic doctors and specialists, and we are proud to offer a welcoming, beautifully designed IV space that’s already well established and in demand.

While IV Therapy will be a key clinical focus for this role, we are also excited to meet candidates with a background or strong interest in:

• Men’s and Women’s Health
• Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (bHRT)
• Integrative Primary Care

This position is ideal for an ND who wants to balance focused IV work with whole-person care—including hormone optimization and lifestyle-based support for longevity and vitality.

• Is confident and capable with venipuncture, IV formulations, and patient monitoring
• Enjoys seeing patients for bHRT consultations and ongoing hormone optimization

• Brings a passion for helping people feel their best—through infusion, hormone balance, and more

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical exams
• Administer IV therapy and injections with expert technique
• Monitor and document patient responses during treatment
• Provide hormone consults and follow-up care for patients on bHRT
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health optimization, and longevity
• Collaborate with colleagues on integrative care plans

Requirements:

• Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Washington State
• Proficiency in IV therapy, venipuncture, and infusion protocols
• Experience or interest in bioidentical hormone therapy (training available)
• Strong clinical skills and patient rapport
• Reliable, organized, and growth-minded
