Nursing Home Administrator job at Cassia. Minneapolis, MN. Redeemer, a Cassia community with 119 beds, is hiring an Administrator to lead our care center. We are a mission-driven, nonprofit senior community that provides housing, health care, and community-based services to older adults, helping residents live inspiring lives. Located in Minneapolis near Uptown, our community offers services including Skilled Nursing, TCU, and Memory Care. We pride ourselves on excellent survey results for resident care and high satisfaction scores from residents and staff. With support from the Cassia Home Office, you will oversee daily operations, lead staff, build referral relationships, and market services. The ideal candidate holds an active administrator’s license and has leadership experience in older adult services. We seek someone committed to serving older adults, with strong people and financial management skills, and the ability to engage effectively with families and residents. Leadership skills to motivate and develop employees are essential. Position Type: Full-Time Wage Range: $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience Location: 625 W 31st Street, Minneapolis, MN 55408 Administrator Responsibilities: Create an environment fostering teamwork, critical thinking, problem-solving, and staff development to provide excellent resident care. Oversee daily operations to ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures. Communicate community updates regarding census, staffing, and new developments to management. Develop and manage the annual budget, collaborating with philanthropy for additional support. Manage staff turnover, recruitment, orientation, training, and development initiatives. Monitor departmental activities, communicate policies clearly, and provide timely feedback. Ensure property maintenance and safety standards are upheld for staff and residents. Oversee the Director of Housing, managing 33 assisted living apartments. Perform additional duties as needed. Administrator Qualifications: Current MN Administrator's license is required. Management or leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred. Knowledge of healthcare operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Experience with complex medical care coordination. Understanding of HR responsibilities, employee engagement, and employment law basics. Strong interpersonal skills to promote employee engagement and effective leadership.
