Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 Annual Salary

Position Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ) for our Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ) in Trafford, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday - Friday 9am- 5pm.
Qualifications of the Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ):
5+ years as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility ( SNF ).
A current Nursing Home Administrator ( NHA ) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities of the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator ( LNHA ):
Supervision of facility staff including the Director of Clinical Services, the Business Office Manager, Director of Admission, and the Director of Dining Services while working closely with the Director of Nursing, all with the goal of providing quality resident care.
Continuous evaluation and improvement of financial and programmatic goals for the facility.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
