We’re currently seeking a Receptionist (Every Other Weekend) who will serve as the face of our community, providing excellent first impressions and dependable administrative support. If you take pride in creating positive experiences and enjoy being the hub of communication, we’d love to have you join our team.
Your role as a Receptionist :
Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Maintain visitor logs and assist with sign-in procedures
Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and mail distribution
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
Provide general information and support to residents, families, and team members
Assist with scheduling and coordination of appointments or meetings as needed
Who we're looking for :
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred, especially in a healthcare or long-term care setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, phone systems)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality
