Job Description

Are you a strategic recruiting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Inter-Con Security is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a dynamic team of Recruiters responsible for attracting and hiring top Security Professionals across our local and national contracts.

You’ll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, enhancing our employer brand, and driving measurable results that reduce turnover and unbillable overtime. What You’ll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters focused on sourcing and hiring qualified Security Professionals.
  • Partner with operations and business leaders to forecast staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
  • Drive consistency and compliance across all recruiting activities, ensuring alignment with client contracts, BSIS, and state licensing requirements.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and community partnerships.
  • Lead employment branding efforts and develop creative campaigns that attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from candidate outreach to offer acceptance.
  • Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Manage recruitment budgets and optimize advertising spend for maximum ROI.
  • Organize and attend hiring events, job fairs, and community partnerships to expand the candidate pipeline.
  • Support retention efforts by ensuring an exceptional candidate and new-hire experience.

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of experience leading a recruiting or talent acquisition team, ideally within the security, law enforcement, or service industries .
  • Proven success developing and executing recruitment strategies in high-volume environments.
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems , recruitment analytics, and compliance-driven hiring.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills—able to motivate remote and onsite teams.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using social media platforms, job boards, and digital recruiting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Equivalent experience (including military recruiting leadership ) will be considered.
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% .
