OTC Industrial Technologies, a leading industrial solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to oversee and expand our market presence in a key territory. This pivotal role requires a proven sales leader with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, developing successful sales strategies, and driving profitable growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to mentoring their team and forging strong, long-term customer relationships to secure continued success.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals

• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers
\n
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them

• Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management
\n
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise

• This position requires up to 50% travel
\n

What You'll Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compressed air equipment sales
\n
• Proven track record of success in managing a sales team
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
