About the Company

About the Role

We are looking for designers at both Intermediate and Senior levels.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the design team through all project phases, from concept development to FF&E installation.
Produce detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD.
Assist with FF&E selection, specification, and procurement while ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for procuring and delivering furnishings and materials.
Prepare impactful client presentations, including mood boards, samples, and renderings.
Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure the design vision is fully realized.

Qualifications

Intermediate Designer: Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
Senior Designer: Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial design.
Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, with experience in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite as a significant plus.
Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) procurement, sourcing, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
Space planning and furniture layout expertise.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Florida building codes and regulations.
NCIDQ certification or actively pursuing certification.
