Deal Pitch Black-Jack and additional table games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow and Three Card Poker. Craps and Baccarat is also a plus!
Be a reliable team member and show up to assigned shifts.
Be a reliable team player and accept coaching on a positive manner.
Be able to capture new guests by promoting the Club Paradise Card.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Nevada Gaming Control Card required.
