ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.

\nRegistered Nurse - PCU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in Progressive Care Unit specializing in post-cardiac and post-vascular surgery patients
\n• Patient ratio of 1:3-5 based on acuity for both day and night shifts
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• Work every other weekend with potential for consecutive weekends based on operational needs
\n• Floating required to different levels of care (Med-Surg, PCU, ICU) within facility and affiliate hospitals
\n• May be required to assume charge nurse responsibilities with training and resources provided
\n• Must have 2 years of nursing experience with Level I or Level II Trauma experience
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BCLS
\n• Required skills: Telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip titration, IV starts, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
\n• Must have strong cardiac and post-operative heart surgery experience
\n• Work with multiple cardiac drips and use Alaris pumps
\n• Care for adult and geriatric patients
\n• First-time travelers accepted but must have strong PCU experience
\n• Call-ins must be made up during pay period or added to end of contract
\n• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
\n• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
