Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000+ based on expereince Industry-leading benefits package including; • 100% company-paid medical/vision/dental insurance premiums for employees/spouse/dependents after 60 days • 401(k) plan with company contributions ( minimum 3% safe harbor contribution, plus company contribution, totaling up to 7-8% annually ), eligible after the first day of the new quarter, with a 6-year vesting schedule • Company-paid life insurance policy • Long-term disability insurance coverage is paid by the company • Annual Bonus • Internal referral bonus ($2,000) • Other performance/safety incentives Responsibilities: • Schedule and coordinate all daily deliveries to job sites (internal and external) • Create dispatch tickets for all deliveries • Manage a team of 30+ drivers and their operations daily • Quote rates for estimating external shipping requirements • Negotiate and approve external shipping rates for brokers • Update payroll information and update dispatch completion as necessary • Coordinate repair and service of trucks with the Equipment Manager and Shop mechanics • Find external revenue-generating work for the truck fleet (non-pat times or rain days) • Assist in driver recruitment, onboarding, and training • Fuel management – research and determine the best places to refuel • Perform other related duties as required and assigned Qualifications: • Working knowledge of DOT regulations, including GVW and HOS compliance • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to multitask under pressure • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects • Strong organizational skills • Geographical knowledge of the service area or map-reading skills • Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision • Ability to be available 'on-call outside of regular business hours/days Education/Experience: • Associates/Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 3-5 years of dispatch experience • The truck driving experience is a plus Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000+

Compensation:
