Vacation Planning Consultant (WFH)

About the Role
As a Vacation Planning Consultant, you will work directly with clients to design and book personalized travel experiences. This role involves researching destinations, coordinating accommodations and transportation, and ensuring that every trip is tailored to the clients preferences and budget. Youll serve as the main point of contact throughout the planning process, providing expert guidance and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

  • Research destinations, travel options, and packages to recommend suitable itineraries.

  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

  • Provide clear and timely communication with clients before and during their travel.

  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information.

  • Stay informed about travel trends, seasonal offerings, and destination updates.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and pay close attention to detail.

  • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, internet research).

  • Organized, proactive, and client-focused approach.
