• Provide virtual administrative support to the team at Solutions Inc.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for team members.
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry as needed.
• Organize and maintain documents and files in an efficient manner.
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items.

• Proven experience working as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in using virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a virtual assistant role.

Salary Range: $89,000 - $105,400 per year
