\nRegistered Nurse - CVOR
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work three 12-hour shifts from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM
\n• On-call requirement: 1 twenty-four hour call per month on weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
\n• Possible holiday coverage required
\n• 2 years of experience required
\n• Must be able to circulate all services including CT, Vascular, Surgical Oncology, Plastics, Colorectal, Robotics, and Bariatric procedures
\n• Scrubbing cardiac/vascular cases highly preferred
\n• Patient ratio of 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Unit serves adult patients with approximately 28 visits per day across 10 rooms
\n• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (must be AHA certified)
\n• Radiation badge required and provided by agency
\n• 36 hours of orientation required
\n• Epic charting system experience required
\n• Skills include aortic aneurysm repair, coronary artery bypass graft, IABP, MAZE procedure, mitral valve replacement, TAVR, and ventricular assist devices
\n• Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary
\n• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment may be required June through November
\n• South Carolina RN license required before facility start date
\n• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only

\nThis Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated teaching facility features 820 staffed beds and provides comprehensive cardiovascular and surgical services. The organization maintains advanced technology and specialized equipment while offering extensive interdisciplinary support services. The facility operates a busy cardiovascular operating room with 10 rooms handling approximately 28 cases daily, supported by expert teams across multiple surgical specialties.
