• Driver Positions Pay Weekly
\n \n
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.66 per Mile with 2000 Miles per Week
\n \n
• Solo Stops Pay: $21.00 per Stop with 10 Stops per Week
\n \n
• Touch Freight Pay: $1.00 per piece with 200 pieces per Week
\n \n
• Performance Bonus: Pays You $400 Monthly
\n \n
• Paid Training
\n \n
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday Possible Friday
\n \n
• Start Time: Varies 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Dispatch

Requirements

\n \n\n

• Minimum 21 years of age
\n \n
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
\n \n
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
\n \n
• Pass a DOT physical
\n \n
• Pass a Ryder road test
\n \n
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
\n \n
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
\n \n
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
\n \n
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
\n \n
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
\n \n
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
\n \n
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
\n \n\n

Responsibilities

\n \n\n

\n
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
\n \n
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs
\n \n
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
\n \n
• Performs other duties as assigned
\n \n\n
